LOOKED AFTER WHILE YOU’RE AWAY.
Designed for international owners of second homes and private residences. We provide local oversight, coordinate maintenance and keep you informed, so distance never means losing control of your property.
ONE LOCAL PARTNER.
YOUR PROPERTY NEVER LEFT TO CHANCE.
When you live abroad, small issues can quickly become expensive problems. We regularly check the property, coordinate suppliers and technicians, prepare it for your arrival and report back clearly.
You stay in control without having to fly to Italy, chase different contractors or ask neighbours to keep an eye on things.
